Allison J Love

Allison J Love spent four years studying philosophy and global affairs at Yale-NUS College, a liberal arts college in Singapore. While pursuing her bachelor’s degree, she also lived and studied in Taipei, Taiwan, and Oxford, the United Kingdom, before returning to the United States to pursue a Juris Doctor degree at Columbia Law School in New York. Passionate about human rights litigation and research, she hopes to build upon her prior research and experience in Southeast Asia to support the Commission’s efforts. Accompanying academic responsibilities, she also serves as an Articles Editor on the Columbia Journal of Gender and Law and has volunteered for a variety of immigration and reproductive rights organizations. Upon completing her education at Columbia, she intends to pursue a career in public interest and human rights law.
